Why this board exists The Sovereign never operates alone, never executes alone, never carries the institutional weight unsupervised. This board is the governance layer above the operating subsidiary (TYDEE Capital). It exists so that when The Manasseh Project becomes a chartered private trust company in Year 3-4, the regulator sees not a founder with a vision but an institution with a board. Every observer watches one part. Every executor does one part. The Sovereign sets direction. The daughters learn by watching the watchers.
